Every course includes:

  • A course and materials specifically tailored to your teams experience and needs

  • Live tuition, in-person or online

  • A year of individual online access to course materials, including pre-recorded versions of all modules

  • Practical learning based on real-world projects your team is addressing

Core Sessions Menu

Core sessions are usually delivered over one or two days. They build on the outputs of the previous session and are spaced to allow the practical application of learnings.

The cour sessions cover the preparation and execution phases of a workshop. Each consists of a range of modules which are delivered within the session.

  • In this session we focus on understanding why you want to run a workshop, and defining the flow that will take you from the start to the end.

  • Working from your workshop brief we shift gears from “why” to “how”, looking at the shape of the actual sessions you’ll be creating.

  • Next we’ll prepare to run a workshop event, looking at the materials and pre-work that takes you from the agenda to the day itself

  • Presentations are one core tool used in most any workshop. But it’s also one which people learn by trial and error. This session will shortcut that process and give you team the confidence to deliver concise, successful and useful presentations.

  • In the final session of the series we look at what happens inside a workshop.

Bespoke Sessions Menu

Depending on the needs of your organisation we integrate a range of other sessions into the training program.

  • In the core training we’ll look at some standard and regularly used workshop tools, with them adapted to your organisation. In this additional session, I’ll work with your team to design and practice bespoke tools or specific workshops which your organisation often requires.

    Together we’ll design the workshop, the tools and the materials in your corporate brand and tooling before practicing and refining the delivery technique.

  • Theory is always best when partnered with coaching and support in a real-world context. I can provide 1:1 coaching for select participants as they apply the training to their job, and be a “Ghost Facilitator” to help them in the planning and preparation phases.
